Please keep this email, that’s a way for you and us to retrieve your order (order number).
We are doing our best to maintain the website with only the items available. It could happen that we will have to call you if your order can't be complete, due of back order. They will offer you to switch to another available color/style.
When your order will be ready, you will receive an Production Email to advise you ( the subject of this email will be :[wmss] Your order 128xxx has been produced) and is ready for pick at school/to be shipped. We only do delivery at the school on Fridays, after 3pm. When you order is shipped via Fedex, or ready for pick-up at school, you will receive an email of the subject [wmss] - Your order 127xxx is now shipped
