EXCHANGE POLICY UPDATED ON 06/05/2024 :
Please be advised we are ONLY accepting exchanges for YOUTH sizes POLOS SHORT SLEEVE, within the 2 weeks after our delivery of the school. ( you should received an email when your order will be delivered at the school)
To request an exchange, please send us an email to papanole@aol.com. Don't forget to give us your complete full name and your order number.
When your request is received, we will review it. If approved, you will receive an exchange authorization. This needs to be turned in with the items you will exchange.
Once you have the exchange authorization, the item (s) has be returned to Bartman Enterprises ( 2735 Center Place, Suite 101, Melbourne FL 32940. We are open Monday through Thursday from 08:30am to 5:30pm. On Fridays, we are open from 08:30am through 03:00pm).
The exchange authorization needs to be turned in with the items you will exchange.
As you will be at our shop, we will process your exchange, after checking that the garment was unworn, clean and not damaged.
We don't offer any refund/exchange on any other items.
